These are live online classes done on zoom, where I can give you all my attention and we can prepare one of my seasonal recipes. These aren’t in the regular schedule, but are instead bought as vouchers that you have 6 months to redeem. Currently, the seasonal recipes are: Traditional French Ratatouille with Pesto Crostinis, Fresh appetizer recipes (spring rolls, spicy peanut sauce and green gaspacho) Asian soba noodle salad with Cajun salmon or Lamb koftas with an herb quinoa pomegranate salad. And if you are in the southern hemisphere, we can adapt the recipes to your season.
