Being a pilates instructor and Tracy Anderson method addict, workout gear is something I am really picky with. I am big on comfort so I often go for sweat pants (sorry no recommendations here for sweats, I get mine from the US), but on days I go for leggings, I mostly wear Liquido. They are the most comfortable leggings I have ever owned and I regularly visit their Dubai store in J3 mall to get a new stash. They are soft, thin just the way I like them and don’t make you feel like you are trying to fit into a wet suit. Truly a girl’s best friend. They are low or medium waist, last forever and even smell nice (you’ll know what I mean when you go and get a pair). Ah, and last but not least, they are from Brazil, which means they ooze style.
